PRE-AP HONORS BIOLOGY
Students will begin studying Ecology this week. We will discuss biomes, niches, trophic levels, water cycle, carbon cycle, nitrogen cycle and phosporus cycle.
FORENSIC SCIENCE
We will continue the unit on forensic serology and blood spatter. ABO Blood Lab due on Tuesday.
PRINCIPLES OF BIOMEDICAL SCIENCE
Unit Three on Diabetes will continue this week. We will also look at how enzymes help the chemical reactions to take place within our bodies.
HUMAN BIOCHEMISTRY
Test on aldehydes and ketones Tuesday. We will hopefully get into the lab again this week and perform oxidation studies with aldehydes and ketones.
MEDICAL PROJECTS
Job shadowing continues this week. Students will job shadow on Monday and Thursday. The shadowing positions will change on Thursday, March 10.
