INTRODUCTION TO BIOTECHNOLOGY
Students will continue studying Chapter 10
and plant propagation. Students will observe their carrot clones and their venus fly traps and determine if they are ready to be transplanted. If they are ready, we will transplant them on Thursday.
FORENSIC
SCIENCE
Students will begin unit on Entomology this week. They will take notes and finish reading the packet. We will set traps outside with meat to observe the insects that come to the cadaver (chicken breast).
PRINCIPLES OF BIOMEDICAL SCIENCE
We will continuethe unit on
Infectious Disease this week. Powerpoint on infectious disease will be
finished on Monday. Students will have short period of time
this week to work in Groups on Part V of Grant Proposal.
MEDICAL PROJECTS
Students will job shadow on Monday
and Thursday. This is there last week of job shadowing.
HOMEROOM
Attendance is very important. You are
seniors -- keep all deadlines in mind. Time will go by quickly - remember what I
said about second semester going by quicker than the first.
